Question:

My husband has committed infidelity twice. Each time it was with a co-worker and all of the interaction happened at the workplace. There was no contact outside of work. Both begin with normal workplace conversations and then flirting. He has changed jobs, shortly after they ended, both times. The first was 12 years ago and developed into sexual interaction while at work, but no intercourse. It lasted about a month. The most recent ended about 4 months ago. It did not go past hugging and verbal flirting and lasted about 6 months. He ended it when he realized it was starting to develop further. He just confessed all of this to me about a month ago when he transferred to a new office. He does have a long history of pornography use, which I knew of. I did not know about these affairs until recently. How can we ever build trust when there will always be women at any job he moves to and he never has affairs outside of work? Having access to his phone, email, ect is not helpful because he does not contact women outside of the office.
