I have promised my wife not to look at pornography or masterbate. My balls and lower abdomen ache all the time, all day long. It is very distracting. It makes me think of sex more, not less. Does this go away over time? How often should a man ejaculate? I have always called this my sex drive. My wife says I have a sex addiction. Any advice?
