It has been 8 months since he says he has had any contact with the affair partner . He had a 13-month sexual and emotional affair and has said, “I detoxed from her during the affair. To me, it seems that he is in denial about what the affair meant to him and doesn’t want to acknowledge it. The affair and affair partner may still mean something to him, who knows.
