Question:

I was the wayward spouse. I had multiple emotional and a physical affairs. As we are working through our past and our marriage, I've realized I carried a lot of pain, hurt and resentment for my husband's near decade of porn addiction. I let the pain fester and change my perception of my husband and use it as justification for my actions. How should we go about addressing and healing from that infidelity? My husband says he said he apologized and it is not an affair or true infidelity, that every guy does it. However, it gravely hurt me and was one of the reasons I gave myself to not respect him for so long.
