Question
My wife had an affair 23 months ago. We went to an EMS weekend 18 months after D-Day and it helped tremendously. We are getting through it and believe we will make it. Although, I do still have triggers and think about it daily still. I still listen to podcasts/your videos regularly and I am on the affair recovery message boards daily. It just feels like it has taken over my life. When is the right time to back off all the input?
