Question:

Hi Rick, From watching all the videos and reading articles, I understand that transparency from the unfaithful is a necessary component of rebuilding trust. How would you recommend handling transparency when participation in Hope for Healing class is involved? Because of the extensive trickle truth I had to live through, I have a very difficult time believing nearly anything anymore. My spouse asked that she be allowed privacy in her H4H communications, journal, and workbook. One of the things that scares me is the possibility that one thing is being said to me about things, but a completely different thing is being shared for the coursework. I'm so desperate to find something - tangible evidence that the truth is being told to me. Something to hang on to. I have not looked at any of these things, however, as I gave my word that I would not. What would you recommend?
