Question:

I am 9 months removed from D day. I am the unfaithful. Only two people know about my affair. This is at my wife's request. My wife's anger has become more and more intense as time has passed. Multiple times she has said she is in pain and forced to deal with all of the damage I've done and I've lost nothing. I still have my family and reputation and haven't been judged by anyone. I have completed HFH. I've tried to communicate empathy and I know she is and will always be more hurt and will have lost more than me from my affair. Is it therapeutic for people to know about my affair?
