Question:

I am the unfaithful. It has been 9 months since d day. My wife is understandably angry. Her anger has been constant for the full 9 months except for 2 separate days. Once 2 months after disclosure and then again 8 months after. She softened some and was open and we had conversations. Following both times she quickly returned to her anger which then became even more intense. Things seem almost worse now. Is this expected and a part of recovery?
