My wife and I are nowhere close to forgiveness or reconciliation. She doesn’t speak to me, interact with me, or acknowledge me. We are in the same house with our 4 small children. She has given no indication that she ever wants to move forward. She also has given no indication of divorce. She says she doesn’t have any desire to work on things or try to fix things. I’ve competed H4H and I am currently in counseling. She doesn’t want to do any of these things. Recently she has been texting me, not speaking to me, saying that she wants to have an affair. She wants to “hook up” to see if it makes her feel better and less hateful. She said she is giving me advance notice that she might. That is more than I gave her before my affair. She’ll “let me know what she decides” and any details I want. How do I deal with this situation?
