Question:

Shortly after the last D-day I went into severe investigation mode which I know isn’t healthy, but I now know where the affair partner works and lives and my husband supposedly doesn’t. However, he is a construction worker and travels for work and I find that he’s taking unnecessary routes that allow him to pass pretty closely to both where she works and lives. He’s taking backroads instead of freeways for traffic and the ways he goes are unnecessary, but they make sense if it is less traffic. It makes me extremely uncomfortable that he’s driving around so close to where she may be and if he really doesn’t know where she works or lives should I tell him and also tell him not to go those ways? We are still in the first 6 months past D-Day and just finished EMSO; he starts Hope for Healing today and I start Harboring Hope next week and there has been forward momentum (dark, hard and slowly but surely) but I feel like we don’t have a close enough connection and relationship yet and I can’t share this kind of information with him. He was in a very limerent and obsessive affair with her and he does share that there is still very strong emotion that is getting better, but still lingers.
