Q&A Should My Husband Find Another Job to Protect Himself from Relapse?

My husband had an affair with a co-worker for 18 months and their sexual activity took place in their office building and her car. Since their company closed the building due to covid they haven't seen each other for 4 months up until about 3 weeks ago when they met up in a hotel for a couple hours. He's confessed after I questioned him, he also says they both agreed their relationship should stop since they are both married. They are to return to the office in January 2021 and around this time we should be completing the EMS Online course. Should my husband look for another job in the meantime considering that's where the affair mainly took place? Their relationship was more emotional than sexual and I believe if he goes back into the same office environment would only spark up their relationship once again.
