Question:

My husband and I are in the middle of the discovery phase and my husband is understandably traumatized and angry. He has asked me for my affair partner’s address, car information, and a photo of him. He says this is for his personal safety since my affair partner has been in our home and he knows of a situation where an affair partner murdered the husband. He says he feels like his life is in danger and he's not safe in our own home but I get the sense that he is really asking this our of anger to retaliate by hunting down my affair partner. I am not trying to protect my affair partner emotionally but I would feel completely responsible if some sort physical assault occurred between my husband and affair partner. I also do not see this information as helpful for my husband to heal, and when I asked him to wait 24 hours and get input from our EMS Online leader, he became indignant and enraged and demanded the information. If he still wants this information in 24 hours should I give it?
