Question:

Hi Rick. We are participating in the EMS Online course and have been going through a lot of the blogs, videos and articles here on Affair Recovery. They have been helpful resources to us. However, I feel that the majority of practical advice is geared towards the unfaithful spouse. My betrayed wife tells me that I have a recovery roadmap set out for me and in that sense it is easy for me. I have personal transformation, spiritual growth, creating a safe environment and changing my habits to stick to. But what about her? What are the key actions that she can do in the meanwhile while waiting for me to get healthy and transformed? I recognize that it is extremely stressful for her as she has to suffer indefinitely. What are some simple and practical steps she can take as part of the recovery process?
