Question:

Hey Rick , My husband and I were at ems this past fall. It's been almost 2 years since the first d day. We've been married 29 yrs. His infidelity was at work with a coworker and several other women that he fantasized about were also female coworkers and he acted out while at work thinking about them.. I cannot seem to let this go.. I constantly tell him smart comments when he heads off to work about being faithful because I can't trust at all. You said I needed EMDR therapy and I've checked into it and it's rather expensive and we are just not able to afford that right now... Is there anything I can do myself that is along the same lines as the therapy? I'm willing to try something.. I pray God will keep a guard over my mouth but it just seems to open and spew anyway. I appreciate your help . Thank u in advance for any feedback
