Hi Rick, we have completed EMSO and will be taking at least 28 days no contact break as recommended by our counsellor due to ongoing hostility since D-day and difficulty in managing our anger. What are some rules that need to be applied during the break? I am the betrayed and haven't felt safe since D-day as my mate has still been searching for other potential partners even during EMSO. He hasn't let his AP go although there has been no contact between them for 10 months and has desires to go back to his former life of acting out. What if there are any encounters with his affair partner during this period of no contact between us?
