Q&A What Can We Expect from EMS Online?

My husband and I are 4 months into recovery. We are seeing a therapist and the counseling is going just ok from my viewpoint and I don't feel like we're making enough progress. I'm currently taking HH. I'm contemplating signing up for the next EMSO but I have the following reservations. Quite honestly I'm tired of talking about the affair & his AP and I’m not interested in knowing every detail and torturing myself more. I'm tired of crying and I know my husband is tired of all of this also. He seems remorseful and is fully committed to the marriage but we are struggling in several areas since he still works with his AP, she goes to the same gym as he does and also plays in his golf league. I'm frustrated that she's still involved in every area of his life even though he says he makes every effort to avoid her. I don't feel safe and he can't understand that. Please explain what we can expect from the online course. Also I can't picture my husband being very comfortable in a group-type counseling session.
