Question:

Rick, I am having trouble focusing on the present. I am 8 months after discovery of my wife's affair. I've had some really strong weeks of progress and feeling good about my decision to stay. It was fairly consistent with one or two bad days here and there. Lately I can't seem to let go of what she did and what she risked for 2 years. I seem to resent her good days and feel like I am carrying this alone at times. When I see her having fun I respond internally with jealousy and resentment because I haven't been able to enjoy myself for quite some time. I feel stuck. What can I change to get out of this rut? God bless.
