We are 2.5 months past D-day #1 and one month past D-day #5 where I said it all. We are doing all we can using all resources from AR but we have come to the point that we know we need professional help. My husband's triggers and intrusive thoughts continue to affect him. We know it takes time, but anything I can do to help him heal I will do. We will be moving to a different state next month and we will join EMS weekend in October. Should we start looking for professional help at our current city now or should we wait until we move to our new state in September?
