Question: 

My husband is stuck in the ambivalence phase. He is concerned our marriage will go back to the way it was. He feels the marriage pushed him into having the affair but wants to work on himself. Any time I ask to work on us there is setback. With being the betrayed spouse, what are strategies for patience with him so I don't push for more to soon? Its hard to trust his intentions.
