Question
We have been in a relationship for 12 years. My partner has been unfaithful our whole relationship. I have direct knowledge of mental health issues in his family, such as mood disorders, autism, acts of molestation, alcoholism, I suspect enmeshment due to his family relationship. His mother has legally attempted to disrupt our marriage. There is a pattern of him going back and forth between and his family. His mother has a place set up for him to go to when he decides to leave me. They know about his affairs. One affair partner is a friend of his family. I have not asked him to choose between me and his family but he says I just want him to choose. I only want a healthy relationship for all of us. What sort of dilemma am I in?
