Question
My wife was raped after getting drunk at a bar a year and a half ago while I was gone. After being raped, through shame, and believing that it was her fault, she was now an adulteress, and feeling more alone than ever before, she saw him 6 more times and was raped 4 more times. She says she always told him "no or stop" but she froze. Unfortunately D-Day started out with days of lying and even included her confessing that she cheated on me because she hadn't yet realized she was being raped. She still believes she had an emotional affair with the man so I find myself in such a hard place between my inability to trust her and needing to be there for her now more than ever before.
