I'm in EMS Online with my husband, I do my coursework, watch videos, use the online library, and q&a videos. We used a counselor before my husband's affair, it wasn't helpful. My husband tends to believe I'm refusing to get help. All through the course it talks about the importance of outside help. He also thinks he needs a group to help him with his sex addiction, he can't find one though. When it comes to his work, coming together for couples assignments, or seeking help, his job schedule and lack of transportation always get in the way. I feel like I'm getting the help and tools I need through AR and EMSO at this time. In your opinion is AR and EMSO enough for a betrayed spouse to heal, if not how much of other kinds of help do you suggest?
