Question

Hi Rick,

A few months ago I wrote asking for help in re-connecting physically and sexually with my sex addict husband. (He was a sex addict for 28 of our 38 year marriage. (Dday was June 2015) You recommended the book Restoring the Pleasure. We have not started it, but I did look at it and my concern is that all the exercises that they have for a couple to do is pretty much ALL the kinds of things my husband did with prostitutes. I feel that doing these exercises will just keep me visualizing that he did this with the prostitutes, plus it will be a constant reminder to him of all those years he acted out. He really wants to do the book, but I am so worried that it will make things worse for me. Please help. Thank you.
