Question: 

I am dealing with the pain of withdrawal from the affair partner. She is my drug of choice when life gets tough. My relationship with my spouse is slowly improving, but it's not enough yet to make me forget my AP. What can you recommend to help with that and to help me to continue to make the right decisions when faced with the temptation to ease the pain by contacting AP?
