Question:

Following his affair, I told my husband I would leave if he continued to drink as drinking was a big part of the affair. We have never drunk in our marriage.

My husband says this is an ultimatum. I say it is my boundary and he is free to choose. If he chooses to drink loss of the marriage is a consequence but the decision is still his. Is this a boundary or an ultimatum?
