Question
I’m 13 months into discovery. Approaching the one year anniversary I was doing ok, I would say I was starting to feel better and after the one year I went downhill!!! We are 13 months tomorrow and I feel I have moved backwards? I can’t seem to pull myself out of the depression that I was beginning to leave behind. We were really on the mend and seemed to be reconnecting. Please tell me this is a phase that will pass!
