Question:

D day for me was about 7 months ago with the latest discovery about 3 weeks ago. My husband and I have been working equally hard to heal our marriage and all in all I've felt good about it. I felt like we were moving forward. I decided to go ahead and register for Harboring Hope because I know I still have some healing to do, but I'm now having a lot of anxiety over the course. How can I feel like I'm moving forward when I feel like I'm taking a step backward? My husband also thinks it will be a step back for us. How do I get my husband to understand why I am participating?
