Question:

The D-day was 11/14/2017. Since that day, my betraying husband has been doing everything he could to make it up. He has been very remorseful and repentant. What he could not tolerate was that I still talked about the affair details. He asked me when I could stop talking about it. I tried to control myself not to mention his affair as I knew it also hurt him so much due to his shame and guilt, but it was hard when I had a trigger. Should I really not bring up the affair again?
