Question:

Our D-Day was in September 2018. My husband had a textbook type 2 affair. One of the deficits in our marriage was lack of a connection. As we try to heal our marriage, I know that learning emotional intimacy and vulnerability is key to us having a new, better marriage. However, I only feel connected to him if we are doing recovery work. If we take a few days off, I feel the disconnect setting in again. Do you have any suggested resources that can help teach us how to get, and stay, connected?
