Question:

After several months of healing and recovery, we disclosed my husband’s affair to our older teenagers. Our teenage daughter reacted with condemnation. She cut off communication with both of us - going on 4 months. She has specifically stated that she does not want any information about our story, including our recovery work. The only information she has is that an affair occurred, the affair partner’s identity. because of her relationship with the affair partner, and we are still together. What is going on? If feels like she cares nothing about either of us, so she doesn’t care to hear about our past brokenness and present redemption.
