Question: 

I found an email from my spouse to her affair partner. She says she still loves him and wishes they could be together but she does not want to inflict pain on anyone else. The same day, she told me she loves me more than ever. What do I do? I found the email but haven’t discussed with her. We had done the EMS weekend and thought we were moving in the right direction.
