Hi Rick. It's been 4 months and we are in week 4 of EMSO. I was really hoping this week's lesson would help my husband with triggers. However, we have gone from having the most amazing moments and incredible hope and renewal back to his anger, resentfulness, and he has lost all hope for us again. He says the triggers are driving him crazy. He re-read my story and things have gone so downhill again. Is this normal? How can I help support him when he has a hard time maintaining a safe place for us?
