My husband has decided to divorce me over my boundaries for safety. He’s chosen his work environment and his unhealthy friendships with his best friends and business owners over our marriage. Is it possible for spouses to have emotional affairs with same sex best friends? He’s leaving me for his friendships that I asked him to end as they knew about an email he sent to his affair partner attempting to reconnect and they didn’t share it with me. They have devastated me as they were our friends not just my husbands. They made excuses and aren’t willing to apologize for not sharing the email with me. I feel like he cheated on me again and betrayed me and our marriage relationship with his best friends. We have been married 19years with three children ages 15, 12, and 9. And he’s choosing to leave me and them after having an affair in October as he says he’s not willing to end his business relationship and friendships with them. Instead he’s clinging to them and spending all his free time golfing and texting them joking around and going out with them. He won’t even talk to me without bringing them with him and saying things to me like he won’t talk to me if I’m going to accuse his brothers. What about what his “brothers” did to his wife?
