Question:

It seems to me that the major part of recovery is done by the betrayed spouse. The betrayed spouse needs to deal with triggers, manage anger and forgive. The unfaithful spouse on the other hand needs to do very little. As a betrayed spouse that does not seem fair to me. What can I ask my spouse to do that also requires the same amount of effort in the process of recovery?
