I’m 39 years out from D-day and yet triggers remain gut wrenching. We have been married almost 47 years. My question is; do folks who’ve gone 4 decades with this pain really ever heal? I’ve read and watched over 150 of Affair Recovery’s materials now, and I can agree that “information is empowerment”, but triggers and the concept of grieving remain a puzzle.
