I have one question in regards to the 3 categories of Anger Management, and the examples given within, were mostly about the betrayed being the one doing all these wrong things, which I am sure it happens, and I admit I did things I have never done in my life for few months after D-Day and trickle truths. However, I did not have an anger issue prior to D-Day, it was the other way, I faced most of these patterns from my wife throughout our 22 years marriage, behaviors that led to her acting out. Do you think it is fair to focus on the betrayed's behaviors after D-Day, which needs to be addressed, while ignoring the unfaithful's years of the same that led to the acting out when I stood firm in my values of not giving in to anger and explosive dynamics?Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationFor the Unfaithful SpouseQ&A Recovery LibrarySafety in RecoveryTrauma of InfidelityRL_Media Type: Video
