Question:

We are about a year out from the discovery of the affair. My husband finally started individual counseling about a month ago after I threatened divorce. We did EMS 6 months ago. He has mentioned that he's having trouble connecting feelings for me again and that there isn't any passion. So, how am I suppose to process this mess? Should I just kind of accept that he doesn't feel passion for me, but he does for the affair partner and go on with life? We aren't living together and we rarely spend time alone. We do things with the kids, but rarely is it just the two of us. I have often told him that we can't rebuild a marriage on 5 minute morning conversations and small talk during picking up and dropping off the kids. I can't force him to spend time with me. I feel like my choices are stay in a loveless marriage or break up my family. What do you think?
