Question:

My wife and I are 4 months from D-Day. Her relationship with her AP lasted until the beginning of July. She wanted to end the relationship with her AP on good terms and tried multiple times. He would always stop her from doing that. Finally he gave up and ended it himself in a very abrupt way. She didn’t want it to end that way since they were both extremely emotionally entangled. Now she feels so much rejection from him. She wants closure. She wants to know he is sorry. She wants to know he still cares about her. This is our biggest sticking point in our recovery. We have both started our individual courses with AR. She feels very alone in her rejection since the other women in her course do not struggle with the same rejection from their APs. They all seem to be doing great. My wife wants to die every day. She prays she will go to Heaven each day. What will help her with this rejection? Please help, I’m afraid...
