My husband was deep in an emotional affair last year and there are several messages and meeting times that were set up during the week of our anniversary. We have gone through EMS Weekend and we're still at a loss of how to maneuver through important dates like this. There is so much hurt and heaviness around what used to be a cherished day. What are things that we can do to help minimize the immense pain we're both feeling and the loss of how we should or shouldn't even recognize it this year or in the future?
