Question:

My husband has cut off all contact with his AP, it has been 6 weeks. He is still ambivalent, although he rarely talks about those feelings because he "doesn't want to hurt me". Should I encourage him to tell me about those feelings as a way for us to be closer, or is it OK for me to not want to hear about it? Because it does hurt me to hear him say it.
