Question:

The usual betrayal agenda of affairs, porn, strip clubs, etc are often discussed, but how in the world does a spouse get over a husbands escalating sexual behaviors? Had it not been fantasy or online roll play, it would be illegal. The revelation that the man you are married to for decades began to be pulled into a world of desire for things prohibited. He has never broken the law in real life, but his head was so full of pornography and exposed to things so disturbing that if he had acted on these fantasies in real life, they would have been illegal. I'm in tears typing this. He has aggressively worked hard to turn his life back to Christ and no longer desires these evil things but I am struggling to look at this man and restore knowing what he once desired. Please help me. Was his desire for this particular category of long term porn changing his brain? We are almost 2 yrs past the original D-Day. We have done EMS Weekend, Married for Life, he did done H4H. He is making great progress but I am stuck. I am terrified.
