Question:

I am so grateful for your course, the wisdom, and how your organization helps people grow. Thank you for answering our questions. My wife does not want our marriage after our disclosures and my poor reactions. After she left, I feel safe, but my heart aches so badly for our marriage and wanting her and I to change for the better. I still get angry and upset (mostly I cry a lot) about our past together and sometimes I feel as though the inadequacy, hope for a better past, and pain won't fade. Aside from Hope for Healing (pending a class), my therapist, and church is there anything else you feel I could do to heal from this on my own and restore myself properly? I feel low very often and not much like the man I have been but have found some hope in the resources above.. Thank you so much!
