15 Year Old Daughter

Hi Rick,

Our 15 Year old daughter is unsure if she wants her dad to come back home. My husband and I are willing to work it out, but she asked me to commit to not allowing him to move back in unless she and I are both in agreement. I believe the issue is that for the past couple of years, and while he was having the affair, he was unhappy, angry, and not pleasant to be around. Since he moved out, our life has been peaceful as we have settled into a comfortable routine.

I believe my husband and I both had a life-changing experience at the EMS weekend and we are willing to do whatever is best for our family. Do you have any suggestions?

My daughter has been seeing a counselor for the last 5 months as well.
