Question:

My husband is in Hope for Healing and I'm taking Harboring Hope. He's working really hard to work on what caused his infidelity. This is his 3rd affair during our 36 years of marriage. Hope for Healing really is a great program that is showing changes. I'm just crushed this time around. My father had died and I was working very hard closing his estate. I was very busy with my sisters, very busy with work. He was kind throughout those 9 months but not helpful. Why would he be? He was having fun with his affair partner. Okay, my question is the losses are so great this time around that I don't have love in my heart for this man anymore. How can I find any love for him again? I can't even "fake it until I make it." I just don't feel the same for him. Before this infidelity, I loved him so much and was excited about our future and retiring together. Now, I don't care. I'm so apathetic.
