Question:

I know I shouldn’t be concerned about this, but I feel like I need an answer. How do I deal with what other people think? Everybody at my husband’s work knows about the affair he had with his co-worker. This is not typical behavior of my husband. I know that part of his affair was more of an escape and had nothing to do with his feelings for me. I wish people could know the truth behind what happened but it’s not something that I can go and talk to them about nor would my husband explain anything to them. I’m embarrassed of what happened and the only side of the story the co-workers got was hers and who knows what kind of elaborated story she told from her perspective.
