Question: 

I am the unfaithful spouse, and it's been almost three months since d-day. I am struggling to desire my husband sexually. I've seen plenty of tips for hurt spouses on this topic, but I'm wondering if you have any insight for unfaithful spouses. Do you have any suggestions about how to approach this topic with my husband? He wants to have sex quite often, and I feel really guilty denying him when I have caused so much pain in our marriage already.
