Question
My husband has become distant and shut down over the past few weeks. Basically no communication at all. I have tried to share my anxiety and worries about subjects not even related to our marriage and I get no response other than “I am sorry you are going through that”. Ten silent hours later, I approach my concerns again. His response is that he was processing it. For 10 hours? Then he tells me that my anger about him not communicating makes him feel that he can’t respond. He is turning it around on me. Is that gaslighting?
