Question:

I have been struggling terribly and now I am beginning to realize that it is due to my head spinning from my husband's lies, deceit, manipulation and masterful maneuvering. Things have not added up, but he still manages to weave tales that make him look innocent in all of his infidelities. My logical brain can no longer lie to myself about his behaviors. He is convinced he is a victim and has claimed that he couldn't help being controlled by woman for whatever it was that they needed (time, an listening ear, sex, flattery etc). He continues to get angry when I become triggered and upset and now I see it is just a way to divert the attention away from his behaviors. I am completely stifled as he cannot handle me being upset. What advice would you give a person who is literally feeling wrung out from all of this madness?
