I found out this morning that my husband messaged his ap a month ago to wish her a happy birthday. He had sworn there had been no contact in any way shape or form since the day following our d-day just over 3 months ago.

He didn't tell me. I found out another way. He says it was a moment of weakness and she didn't respond. I'm so hurt and angry. They had a sexual affair for 2 years and emotional for 2-3 years before that. I'm afraid he's not really committed and is going to keep lying.

He says that I'm making it bigger than it is, and that he is still 100% committed to us. What do I do?
