Question:

This is a question for and to families and friends of the betrayed. Most of the videos here are geared towards the betrayed and unfaithful spouses. I know there are many concerned family members and friends who just do not understand what we, the betrayed, are dealing with. Is there some good advice you could share to them as far as how to deal with the broken and hurt betrayed members in their family? What insight could you give them about people who are betrayed needing some distance and time? Can you explain how humiliating it is to be betrayed and feeling that all security is lost? I have felt many of these things and i know those who have never gone through betrayal can never truly understand, but any advice to them would be great.
